臺大管理論叢 NTU Management Review VOL.29 NO.2

First of all, we would like to thank our former editor-in-chief, Professor Shu-Cheng Steve Chi. Under his leadership, NTU Management Review (NTUMR) has been indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) in 2018, and is recognized for its high quality and significant influence in academia. These accomplishments were made possible by the editor- in-chief, associate editors, and other editorial team members, who are devoted to enhancing the quality of the journal. This is a responsibility that the current editorial team will take on, ensuring that our published papers will provide insights to studies in the management field. On March 29, 2019, the National Central Library held the “2019 Taiwan Academic Resource Influence Conference”, during which awards including the “Knowledge Communication Award”, “Knowledge Influence Award”, and “Knowledge Contribution Award” were presented to the most influential social science journals in Taiwan, recognizing these organizations as role models in academia. This year, NTUMR won the “Knowledge Communication Award”. This award is granted to the journal that has been referenced most frequently by Chinese journals and academic theses published in Taiwan during the past 30 years. The “2019 Meta-Analysis Conference” hosted by NTUMR was held on May 17, 2019 at National Taiwan University, serving as a platform for sharing research findings as well as exchanging views and thoughts. The key organizer was former editor-in-chief Shu-Cheng Steve Chi. NTUMR invited distinguished meta-analysis scholars from both Taiwan and abroad, including Tae-Youn Park of Vanderbilt University, Li-Kuo Sung of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Shin-Yuan Hung of National Chung Cheng University.
